Senior Reader at the National Theatre, Jessy trained as a director at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. She is an Associate Writer of Middle Child Theatre, and an Associate Director at The Rondo Theatre, and was Artistic Director of York Theatre Royal’s TakeOver Festival 2018. Jessy collaborates with writers as a freelance director and script-reader.

From Merseyside, Rebecca works at Boundless Theatre and is a script reader, Producer and Director. She has previously worked with Stockroom Productions, Leeds Playhouse and York Theatre Royal's TakeOver Festival among others, has a background in musical theatre and has recently completed Liverpool Royal Court's Stage Write Development programme. 

Co-Founder of Teastain Theatre, Lucia is a producer and director. Also working with Layered Reality and Haus of Dench.
